1. All Sales Are Final

All vehicles are sold as-is, where-is with no warranties expressed or implied. Winning bidders are responsible for inspecting the vehicle prior to bidding. No refunds or cancellations will be issued after a bid is won.

2. Buyer's Premium

A flat $50 buyer's premium is added to the final bid price. There is no percentage-based buyer's premium. Title 42 Assistance (optional) — we file the application with the Oklahoma Tax Commission on the buyer's behalf — is an additional $150. The seller provides the Title 42 packet to the buyer at pickup.

3. Payment

Full payment is due within 24 hours of auction close. Accepted methods are posted on each lot. Failure to pay within 24 hours may result in account suspension and forfeiture of the vehicle.

4. Vehicle Pickup

Vehicles must be picked up at the designated Oklahoma City location within 3 business days of payment confirmation. Storage fees may apply after that period.

5. Bidder Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to register and bid. No dealer's license is required. Employees of Impound Auctioneer may not bid.

6. Bid Retraction

Bids are binding and may not be retracted once placed. By placing a bid you agree to purchase the vehicle at that price if you are the winning bidder.

7. Auction Extension

Any bid placed in the final 60 seconds of a timed auction will reset the clock to 2 minutes, preventing sniping.

8. Right to Cancel

Impound Auctioneer reserves the right to cancel or re-list any lot at any time prior to auction close, including in cases of title issues, vehicle damage, or legal holds.

9. Limitation of Liability

Impound Auctioneer (a DBA of Next Ride LLC) is not liable for any damages arising from vehicle condition, use, or any errors in lot descriptions. Descriptions are provided in good faith based on available information.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any disputes shall be resolved in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.

1. Information We Collect

We collect your name, email address, phone number, and mailing address when you register. We also collect bid history and transaction records associated with your account.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to operate your account, process transactions, send auction notifications, and generate legally required documents such as Bills of Sale. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Push Notifications

If you opt in to push notifications, we store your device's push subscription token to send outbid and auction alerts. You may unsubscribe at any time from your account settings.

4. Data Storage

All data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security enforced. Your data is stored in the United States.

5. Data Sharing

Your contact information may be shared with the impound facility operator solely for vehicle pickup coordination. It is never shared with advertisers or data brokers.

6. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us. Bid and transaction records may be retained for legal compliance purposes.

7. Cookies

We use only functional cookies required for authentication (Supabase session token). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

8. Children's Privacy

This service is not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
