All active lots are listed with photos, year, make, model, VIN, condition notes, current bid, and a live countdown timer. Use the ♥ Watchlist button to save vehicles you're interested in — you'll be alerted 2 hours before they close.

Place a Bid
Before placing any bid, you must have a saved card (for the $50 buyer's premium) and a mailing address on file. Both can be added in the Buyer's Premium tab of your account dashboard — no card or address means no bidding.
Once set up: enter any amount above the current bid and confirm. Your bid is placed instantly in real time. If someone outbids you, you'll be notified immediately by email and SMS.

Win & Pay Within 24 Hours
When the timer hits zero, the highest bidder wins. You'll receive a winner email and SMS with your total due and pickup instructions. Payment is due within 24 hours — cash only.

Pick Up Your Vehicle
Once payment is confirmed, call the seller to schedule your pickup. Bring a valid government-issued photo ID matching your account name and your Bidder ID. We'll hand over the keys and all available title paperwork.

💳 How the $50 Buyer's Premium Works
- Only charged if you win. Your card is saved when you register but is never charged unless you are the winning bidder at auction close.
- Non-refundable. The $50 buyer's premium is a non-refundable auction fee — it is not a deposit toward the vehicle price.
- Charged automatically. The $50 is charged to your saved card the moment you win. No action needed.
- Per lot. If you win multiple auctions, a separate $50 is charged for each lot won.
- Vehicle payment is cash only at pickup. The winning bid amount is paid in cash when you pick up the vehicle. Cards are not accepted for the vehicle price.

Rules to Know
- All sales are final. Vehicles sell as-is. Inspect photos and run the VIN before bidding — no refunds after winning.
- 24-hour payment window. Payment is due within 24 hours of auction close, no exceptions without prior contact.
- Paperwork at pickup. The seller provides the Bill of Sale at vehicle pickup. For applicable vehicles, a Title 42 packet is also provided. Some vehicles may require a bonded Title 42 — noted in the listing.
- You arrange transport. If a vehicle isn't driveable, it's your responsibility to arrange a flatbed or tow.
- One account per bidder. Shill bidding or multiple accounts is grounds for permanent ban.
- Lots may be cancelled. We reserve the right to cancel or relist any lot before close — affected bidders are notified.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I inspect the vehicle before bidding?
Absolutely — contact the seller directly to schedule an inspection. Run the VIN at vehiclehistory.gov and review all photos carefully. All sales are as-is.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash only. We do not accept credit cards, debit cards, checks, or money orders. Payment is due in full at or before pickup.
What is a Title 42 and do I need one?
Title 42 (bonded title) is required when a vehicle's original title is unavailable. It will be noted in the listing if applicable. For $150, Impound Auctioneer will submit the Title 42 application to the Oklahoma Tax Commission on your behalf. Impound Auctioneer acts solely as a filing agent and makes no guarantee of title approval or issuance. All determinations are made exclusively by the Oklahoma Tax Commission. The $150 fee is non-refundable regardless of outcome.
Can someone else pick up the vehicle for me?
Yes. The pickup person must bring their own valid photo ID and written authorization from you (email is fine). Call us ahead of time at (888) 684-7820.
What if the vehicle won't start or isn't driveable?
All vehicles sell as-is. Condition is disclosed where known. If you win a non-running vehicle, arrange a flatbed or tow truck before your pickup appointment. We do not provide towing.
I won — what happens next?
You'll receive a winner email and SMS with your total due and pickup details. Pay within 24 hours, then call the seller directly to schedule pickup. Bring your ID and Bidder ID.
Are there any other fees?
No. Your total is: winning bid + $50 buyer's premium (+ $150 if you selected Title 42). The only optional add-on is Title 42 Assistance ($150 if selected). No surprises.
