All auction activity, bidding, payment coordination, and vehicle documentation is facilitated through impoundauctioneer.com. The platform is a technology service connecting buyers with available inventory; it does not take possession of vehicles on behalf of buyers.
All vehicles listed on the platform are sold as-is, where-is with no warranty of any kind — express or implied. Impound Auctioneer makes no representation regarding the mechanical condition, mileage accuracy, title status, or fitness for any particular purpose of any vehicle listed.
Prospective buyers are strongly encouraged to inspect vehicles in person prior to bidding. Lot descriptions are provided in good faith based on available documentation at the time of listing but may be incomplete or subject to change.
Vehicles are sold with the documentation available at time of sale. This may include a standard certificate of title or, in cases where a traditional title is unavailable, a Bill of Sale. Buyers purchasing a vehicle with a Bill of Sale may elect to file for a Title 42 transfer with the Oklahoma Tax Commission through our service for an additional fee of $150.
Impound Auctioneer does not guarantee the issuance of a clear title on any vehicle. Buyers are responsible for verifying title status and understanding applicable Oklahoma motor vehicle laws before bidding.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Impound Auctioneer (Next Ride LLC) and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any damages — direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive — arising from:
- The condition, use, resale, or registration of any purchased vehicle
- Errors or omissions in lot descriptions or vehicle information
- Title complications or documentation issues
- Platform downtime, technical errors, or data loss
Use of this platform constitutes acceptance of these limitations.
